“Prices have skyrocketed. The Large iced coffee used to be on the $1 value. Now it's $1.99 which is not bad but they tried to charge me $3.50 for 7 liquid cane sugar shots and 2 liquid creamers to make the Large iced coffee $5.50. I was astonished.“
“I had the chicken livers and gizzard plate, and they were great. And the $11 price was also good. This is the only place in Jacksonville that I know has livers and gizzard. The staff was super friendly and my Order was prepared quickly. Thank y'all!“
“We went through the drive thru and were greeted by the sweetest person ever who took our order and double checking it was correct the whole time before sending us to the second window where our order was double checked again (we where the only car in the drive through). Once we got our food we immediately started eating the fry’s and they where hot and salty you could tell it was fresh and the Dr.peppers we got where actually good they didn’t taste like soda water and weren’t flat or hot which is not typical for McDonald’s but this one was just amazing will be returning again and again“
“The window attendant was dismissive and unconcerned about where we were told to park to wait for our food since it wasn't ready. We wouldn't have received our food if I hadn't gotten another worker's attention when walking outside.“
“This is most def one of the top 5 mcdonalds in size i have ever seen, but considering its location and traffic, i could see why they had to accommodate..not only for non stop drive thrue customers but a little steady flow of walk ins and the crew to handle the onslaught of continuous orders. Customer service is the best from my personal experiences, but also from my observation on how they handle the excessive drive-through orders very organized, they still keep their corporate standard of x amount of time per order. Very friendly, they also excersized suggestive selling techniques, which doesn't happen often... nothing like hearing the words "would you like fries with that?".. on point love it from a managers perspective. Food quality considering how fast they are moving is great quality of taste even better plus it seemed fresh and juicy always tastes better when its fresh off the grill as apposed to sitting in the heater trays that dries them out...this should be consistant at this location because they have to keep making more as the orders come barreling through. The atmosphere is flawless from the hassle and bustle of the employees to the lack of better words not hearing a single complaint from any customers abd I've been sitting here for a couple hours usually you will hear 3 to 4 so they make sure there orders are made to order. The design and architecture of this mcdonalds i really liked it alot very modern i couldn't resist taking a bunch of photos. Extra kudos for the prestine well kept restroom i hardly ever take photos of restrooms so when i past one... they take care of it and it looks good. The best mcdonalds ever through and through.“
“I came to McDonald's durning rush hour for breakfast. When I entered the restaurant it appeared clean and very well lite. I sat at table 125 and used the McDonald's App to order my food. The app was easy to use. Once I placed my order, I started the stop watch, and I received my food in 3 minutes and 57 seconds. The female server was extremely polite with a smile to boot. The was hot and delicious.“
