Spending the last 5 years in Europe. I became accustomed to being served when the meal was prepared they didn't wait for every person order was done to serve. So your food was always hot. This wasn't the case here. The beans and rice were cold!! My spouses tacos were cold and partially soggy while waiting on salsa!!

chips are not included in an order of queso and they just tried to make me PAY for another bag of chips when i already ordered two queso dips, this is extremely frustrating and i will not be returning to this franchise. and on top of that the hostess said that there were two bags of chips and she said yes only for her to have not put two bags of chips

We were seated immediately on a Saturday night, the food was amazing and it’s the only place in Jacksonville we’ve been to that has AMAZING Birria Tacos($14.99). ? their mango margarita was to die for as well (large is $18.99, so keep that in mind when picking sizes.)Parking: Parking lot had quite a bit of space and spots availableKid-friendliness: Kid options/menu, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Had a couple of families dining in when we were there and everyone seemed happy.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots and the entrance into the restaurant is very spacious.

Love the atmosphere of this place! The vibes are great and the music that plays in the background makes it feel just like Mexico. It was very busy and yet our waitress made sure to repeatedly check on us for refills and more. Our food was delicious and greatly satisfied our craving. The food portion is huge along with great prices! We got a meal & brought it home to eat ate two more times for $30.
Around here this has been the best place to eat Mexican food. Our waitress was the best I am sorry I didn't get here name!! As soon as we sat she was there with chips and took out drink order. And from then on out everything was perfectly timed. Like I always say!!! I only write a review of you deserve it!!!

Very clean and lively spot. I was greeted very promptly. Sat up at the bar. They seemed busy a slightly under staffed, but the service was great. I had Los Chilangos, which was delicious and more than enough good! I will definitely be going back.

I would recommend MI Cabaña to everyone. The food is excellent, and the staff made you feel so welcome. They have so many choices of food and drinks. The restaurant is very clean. The atmosphere is so inviting. You will become addicted to the food and the service you will receive at MI Cabaña. I love MI Cabaña and it's my favorite spot to take all my grandkids, and they love it as much as I do.
