Bad service & food & food cost way more than expected

I go in there from time to time. They always have great deals and their staff is really friendly. I especially love, Dennis he always takes great care of me. It's a great place to stop if you're doing a little shopping in the mall.

So this was the BEST experience I've had here in quite a while. Tonya and Dennis were working hard doing awesome making sure I had what I needed. Suggested toppings to help make my experience better. The 2 of them were working as good as a crew of 5. Legit heard "WELCONE TO MOES" every time someone came in which I hadn't heard in a while. MOE'S YOU EARNED THIS 5 STAR!!!

I got the (home wreaker) I think that is what's it's called the bowl and it had NO flavor! I don't understand how you can have all those ingredients and still taste bland... Won't waste my money going there again.The service was fine, I didn't dine it but the food was a waste of time and money. I have been there before, and I enjoyed it, however I don't think I will return.

It is my first trip to the United States of America. I went out to run an errand with my daughter and we stopped by Moes's and I loved it. Keep trying harder and you will be number 1. I don't speak English, but I will learn so I can work. God bless you always. Amen ????♂️??.

We ate in. It wasn’t the best food, a little unclean. Not sure I would come back. People seemed nice. App wouldn’t do the deal of the day.
Love the food. . But the last two times I have been in, I have been very disappointed with your management (Tony). His actions . But Thursday night I was enjoying time in your restaurant until a mother carring a baby and had a little girl that was around 2. The little girl needed to go to the bathroom. ( I understand your bathroom are for your customers only. But I my self have used your bathroom while shopping at the mall. And nothing being said. But Thursday night your manager Tony denied this mother and child that was crying and was denied the use of your bathroom. Holding the door shut. Being very rude and disrespectful. At one time the mother yelled help . Very sad night at Moe's. With that being said I will be contacting your corporate office on the actions of this Manger.Even though i enjoy your food, at this time, it will be a.while before I come back.
