We have had a very unpleasant experience with both the manager and the employees. Our food got us sick for 3 days, we were promised a free order of our food due to the first conflict of how it was delivered. I would not recommend. costumer service was bad.

So nasty!! Ordered sweet and sour chicken, general tsos, and crab Rangoon for delivery. I would give 0 stars if I could. The chicken was burnt and nasty. I don’t know if it wasn’t cooked all the way or the pieces were fried chicken fat, but either way, nasty. The Rangoon was also burnt. The cream cheese/crab inside was the consistency of feta cheese. Hard, not creamy at all. My husband couldn’t eat his general Tsos because he said it tasted bad. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else the pictures are of the sweet and sour chicken. Looks like it would be the general Tsos because it looks so dark from being burnt! I have pictures but don’t know how to add them here. I posted a review to their Facebook as well with the pictures. So frustrated that we paid almost $40 !

They double charged me for an order that was $31.02. so I paid 62.04 (me and my lawyer are figuring this out) for two orders that were supposed to be cheap. I ordered eggrolls, they got here and they were almost frozen. If I eat them I'm probably going to get salmonella. This restaurant does not care about it's customers and I made sure that they will be inspected very soon, with a mob full of angry testimonies waiting to greet the health inspectors. They won't be open much longer.

Disgusting food and HORRIBLE service. Food took an hour and 20 minutes and was wrong so I didn’t tip driver. The driver wrote himself a nice $9 tip on the receipt because my card was charged $9 more than the total for the food. Absolutely disgusting.
Had this for dinner, I'm currently struggling with food poisoning. Never ordering from here again

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I ordered sweet and sour chicken and crab Rangoon at 2pm it's 4pm I've tried calling multiple times and no one answered! It should not take 2 hours to get two items! I will NEVER order from here again and if and when my food arrives and it's cold I will take it back and demand a refund! I will also report them to the BBB and health department! This is ridiculous!

I was told it would take 2 hours for delivery. I said I was ok with waiting. Then I tried to order the chicken teriyaki and beef combo. (Special combo #6).They said no can't do it we will burn it. How does that even work if you sell the food but can't make it because you will burn it why do you sell the food.

I ordered my food through the waitr app and my food tasted expired my egg rolls smelled terrible and tasted even worse the crispy noodle were the flavor of oil yuck! The pineapple chicken was gooy and my daughter said she felt sick to her tummy only thing that was someone good was my lo main and the ribs I will never get food from here again! EVER AND I LOVE CHINESE/JAPANESE FOOD!!!

I would not even give this place one star but you have to rate it. We ordered lunch today and it was so gross. My potstickers tasted like they had fish in them and way over cooked in old grease. The fried rice tasted also like it was made with old grease. The curry had absolutely no flavor what so ever and the egg rolls...... lets not go there. there was absolutely nothing good about this order. I will never recommend this place to anyone. called to return food for a refund and the lady stated that they do not do refund!! Very bad service if you ask me!
