Haven't been to PE in a couple of years. Only second time at this location. Bang for your buck when you consider how much a combo is at Wendy's, Chick Fila, even McD's! Today, the food was good. I got the bigger plate with 3 entrees. The side of chow mein was exceptional.

Chow mein, fried rice, steamed right, vegetables, cream cheese wontons…Dietary restrictions: No MSG added and low sodium food. They provide soy sauce for those wanting more sodium.Parking: Parking is great - even have a wider 2 space spot for those in big trucks/vehucles or that have a truck and trailer. No curb next to it, it’s a small gravel spit making getting in and out of the bigger parking spots easier.Kid-friendliness: Great seating, good options for kiddos, like the bowl.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and ramp to get inside

This place is always out of everything. Usually I go in the evening or at night. I had attempted to get food here at least 10 times previously. So today I thought, oh its barely 3 in the afternoon so I'll chance it one more time. Nope still out of food, and they don't even tell you until after you pay. I will NEVER go back to this particular locationand I will steer anyone I know from wasting their time. Never had any issues at any other Panda Express. Are the employees here too lazy to keep food cooked? This is a 2 year thing. Like that is insanity. No wonder the reviews are bad for this location and good for most of the other ones.

Ordered food for dine in and told it would be 'a few minutes.' Waited 20 minutes and told them to just substitute for another selection, only to see the take out person finish off my other selection for a drive through order. Multiple patrons waiting for food. When I asked for my money back, the manager Kiley didn't ask why. Never coming back.

I've ordered from this location 4 separate times to see if maybe employees, month, time of day, or season would influence the overall experience and let me just say I was always disappointed. The noodles were raw and a paste in your mouth, the teriyaki chicken was raw as well 2 times and burnt the other two times I went, and when I say burnt, I mean BURNT. I couldn't not taste the chicken and left my mouth black with the burnt chicken, just awful. The orange chicken was good one time out of the 4 times I went with the other three times it being soggy and stale as if it was there for hours. The shrimp was alright but was given 5 pieces instead of the mandatory 7. Overall, go somewhere else such as on base or make the drive to Wilmington if you're really craving Panda. Employees also have attitude during drive thru even when it was only me and one other car..? And I tried calling to request a refund or some kind of replacement or the raw teriyaki chicken but no one answered twice.. awful management, food, and service which is such a shame.
Horrible place over priced for the little food they give. Not at all what it use to be. Don't waste your hard earned money.
