I’m leaving a 3 star because I used to love coming to pizza bones to get my regular- chicken quesadilla, but not so much anymore.When I normally get it, it’s a pretty decent size and the flavor is phenomenal. This time I ordered, I asked for extra ranch, extra salsa and extra sour cream.I only got two extra sour creams.I paid 12.36 cents for this. I am definitely bummed.*response to the owner*The first thing that was changed is how there were only 4 pieces. Typically, it’s larger in quantity. The second is the taste. I’m not sure why but it was more bland.Then on top of all of that, I paid for extra sauces to go with this, and I didn’t get them.So I called the venue and spoke to a kind young lady, and told her my concerns. She said the quesadilla just looks smaller because I was not dining it- however, I do pick up often and it was always larger than what I received today.Then I told her how I paid for extra sauces and she said the next time I could come in and get some for free, which was nice, but didn’t help the fact I had none of them except the sour cream.I was very disappointed with the overall product. The picture I posted is exactly what I saw when I opened my food.

Took our kids here on a Saturday afternoon. The waitress was super nice and attentive. Everything we ordered was great. Especially the pizzas. The kids enjoyed the little arcade and we will definitely be back.

Outside of pizza, the food is decent. The pizza is good. I recommend the Buffalo pizza. The service is good and improving. Jason is back and is making changes that will better the experience for the staff but most importantly the customers. The atmosphere is great for a family environment with the games and prizes.

The people that seat you were ridiculous. We waited over 30 minutes to get seated...two different times. Then we waited over 20 minutes before we were waited on. Our waitress was good. But were told that we couldn't order pizza because there was no pizza dough but a table across from us was able to get pizza.It wasn't a bad thing but it wasn't goos either.

Bella was our server, she was very friendly. We tried the Mega Nachos, the Philly steak, carne asada tacos , kids pizza and kids tenders. Food was delicious. My daughter (4) eat all but one slice of her pizza , which she never does. It was not that busy when we went. My husband , our kids and I all enjoyed the games as well. Would definitely be making this a spot for our family days

Mr.Tyler was a great help with drink choices and food. I honestly would say manger material for sure. The overall experience was fantastic and definitely will be coming back.

Shout out to Bonnie, She made our daughter's 8th birthday celebration go off without a hitch. She kept the food and beverages coming without hesitation. All members of the party were kept happy and her energy and personality were unmatched. Thank you again, Bonnie, keep the party alive!
