I’d made an online order the night before that was kinda late, online it said the store closed at 12 but I got there around 1145-ish but they’d already closed. I come back the next day to see about picking them up and placing another order, the lady who worked with me was so incredibly nice. She explained to me the situation as far as the first transaction being cancelled and all the small details. She was very pleasant to talk with. Very welcoming. I believe her was name was Alyssa, according to my receipt at least. I’d normally order from the store in Richlands but they don’t seem to be as friendly. This store will definitely have more of my business!!!
I loved the pizza melt and the quick and friendly service.

We been going to and ordering pizza from the Pizza Hut in Jacksonville NC , located on Gum Branch Rd. since it was built over 40 years ago. We now have a Saturday night routine of pizza from the Hut. I like to call the order in and pick up , so as to stop by the grocery store for something. I give five stars because the people work hard and the food is good. However , when I call to order now , I get an outsourced call center that tries to upsale me extra cheese , breadsticks , drinks etc., it’s just aggravating and time consuming , we know what we want to order . Ordering pizza shouldn’t be like buying a car.

I usually get dominos but sometimes I get pizzahut and usually it's absolutely delicious, and just a few minutes ago our pizza arrived but im struggling to eat it because it smells like vegetable oil, I can't stand the smell and every time I go for a bite that smell spoils my appetite. I figured out only certain parts of the pizza smell that way, which is weird. Sorry pizzahut, going back to dominos next time

Normally, the pizzas that I've ordered have been great. However, this time...I ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese. The cheese barely reached the edge and there were some bare spots, near the crust. I went back inside and questioned had they cut back on the cheese. They offered to make another pizza. The 2nd pizza was no different than the first, which they offered for me to take. So then, I had 2 pizzas without extra cheese. Again, normally, they are great but this time...

Nobody from the actual store answers the phone so I am not going to order from here anymore. I would order pizza at least once a week.
