By far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. The customer service was not great. Both of my pizza’s were pulled out of the oven too early as well as the cheese wasn’t coated correctly on the pizza. I had revealing sauce spots all over my pizza. Pizza Hut was my first job as a teenager and this should be very unacceptable.

I’m done with this… had to repeat my order on the phone a few times. I get there and they still managed to screw it up. To get it right, they keep hollering back and forth the correct order… can’t imagine how it got messed up. I had to wait for them to redo it and was entertained by others waiting with their own interesting stories about their crummy experience. Then I keep hearing profanity from employees in the back. Place is a mess!

I ordered a celebration bundle yesterday...the chesse sticks were not cut and the pizza crust was too hard, like crunchy hard...I called in to inform them and they asked if I wanted it sent out again or a credit to my account...I assumed that mean I could get it sent out at another day. I called today for my remake and they said it was only a 15.00 credit, not even half the cost of my order. Today I asked why they told me yesterday they could have remade it and sent it back out. He said the only way they would have done a remake is if I had returned they pizzas, none of which they said yesterday. So I used my $15 credit to get one large pizza delivere'd, still ad to pay $6 plus driver's tip and it took ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to deliver my food. Next time I'll order Dominos, much less $$, and they remake your food no questions asked.
