I was very disappointed with my order. My order was wrong and the food was not the exceptional taste from my last experience. To make it worse I ordered the all white combo and was expecting a breast and wing. I got a wing but the other piece of chicken was NOT a breast and was inedible for me.

If you or your family have celiac disease (gluten allergy) Smithfield’s in Jacksonville on Yopp road is the place to go! We are so thankful we have somewhere safe to eat. They take the allergy seriously. They change gloves, are careful on cross contamination, and pack food separately.

Went through the drive through and had Kyle as our server(customer service specialist, bc when you have him you can expect the best service!) and we got a good amount of amazing food for a really decent price. Kyle was very friendly, and knowledgeable and let us know the specials! Very great customer service, would most definitely come back to this location!
