Edit: tried again a couple months later. Still hard bread smh definitely won’t be returning ever again to this location. If you want soft bread, go to a different location. I even asked the employee if the bread was soft and he said yes. He lied.I will not be returning to this subway. Bread is definitely old, it’s the first time I’ve ever had subway bread that is not soft. The lettuce was borderline spoiled. The onions had huge chunks in them. The veggie side looked as if those trays have been out for a long time with stuff all mixed in with eachother. Will definitely visit a different subway next time.

Ordered 3 different subs for me and my kids and all my kids got food poisoning from this place. Went to urgent care and confirmed gastritis. The symptoms lasted 4 days which is very uncomfortable. I think they need to get inspections done. Can’t blame cashier he was nice. But the management needs to check produce and meats. ??

Would not honor coupon. They had no managers there. Girls didn't seem to know much about their job. The sub roll was definitely old. Had an old stale taste. Very disappointed ?

One person working on Saturday afternoon 2/3/2024. Waiting patiently for him to finish preparing food and ring out another family. Then when he was done he said we had to wait because he had online orders to do. No one was even there to pick up any online orders yet. Would have been nice to know this before waiting on him to finish with the customers in the store. Will not give Subway any business again!

The Lady making our sub was not pleasant from her attitude to her overall appearance. Her shirt was severely stained and the sub was horribly constructed. Even her coworker commented on it. I said seriously your gonna shove and smoosh the meats and cheese and topping in. She grunted at me. Her coworker loudly stated have fun eating that and you best give them extra napkins. This was 12/05/23 at 11:30.

A complete rip off at this location. They don't honor subway coupons, short you and portions and the youthful employees don't care about the level of services or food. This place has just about ruined subway for me.

I ordered a sandwich on the app today 9/28/2023 at 11:45am. Syaan was supposed to make my sandwich. Instead she made three Walmart workers, a family, and two other guests their orders while mine sat on the cutting boards getting cold. She was not only rude but she sneezed into the air not covering her mouth or washing her hands. I waited twenty five minutes and my sandwich still wasn’t being made. So I went to ask for a refund and I was told they didn’t know how to do so. They also said they can’t refund door dash which she knew it was an order placed on the subway app. Both Syaan and another employee, blonde hair older woman went into the back and were making snarky remarks toward me and rolling their eyes. I finally got a refund but they refused to give me my receipt. This place has horrible customer service and they clearly don’t care about hygiene. I will never eat subway ever again.

I don't recommend any of the subways on yopp road including the one in Walmart the owner is so tight that they don't acc bogo coupons.when I ask why not the girl behind the counter got a attitude and said owners rule well I am calling the franchise and reporting them cause my coupon clearly states not valid in AK or HI so tired of the rude sandwich makers if you don't like your job go work your dream job then

I walked in and there was a line but I happily waited for my turn to place my order. I explained that my boss was on FaceTime with me and asked for patience while he gave me his order. I told the sandwich expert that I needed a 6” and a foot long Italian herb and cheese and that both sandwiches would be vegetarian. I advised my boss wanted the cheese on last because he wanted it toasted with the cheese. The sandwich expert said it didn’t matter when the cheese went on because it was a sandwich so my boss could just choose what side he wanted to be the top. I requested spinach and there was some iceberg lettuce mixed in with it so I asked if he could remove that. He commented under his breath it’s just lettuce. I didn’t say anything but we don’t eat iceberg lettuce. He then toasted the sandwich after putting cheese on it. When my boss didn’t see cheese he asked him to put the cheese on top and toast it. The sandwich expert blew out his breath and said no I can’t do that. I explained that he would have to make another sandwich because my boss is very particular about his food. The expert looked at me and said are you serious. I said yes and he wants the cheese on last and toasted with the bread. The expert then said well I can’t make his sandwich that way. I explained this is not my first time or my boss’s first time eating a vegetarian sub and we’ve never had a problem getting it made the way he likes it. The sandwich expert said No subway is going to make the sandwich the way he wants it. I left the sandwich there and walked out. I went across the street to the Subway inside Walmart and they made the sandwich exactly like my boss wanted it. Your employee needs a lesson in sandwich making as well as listening to what the customer wants. I cannot rate the food because I did not eat the sandwich and the service was very poor. The lady that was there did not once attempt to step in and handle or D escalate the situation although she seemed to be the manager.Vegetarian options: Options are great but avocado would be a great option.

Tasty but NOWHERE NEAR WORTH THE COST! ARE THEY INSANE?!?? $30.00 for two subs with not a lot of ingredients inside the obviously day old "fresh" bread (not!) Ridiculous. NEVER. AGAINI am sick and tired of being RIPPED OFF everywhere we go. I say we all start BOYCOTTING ALL FAST FOOD. We could have bought groceries to make a STEAK DINNER for less than this!!!!
