the old lady needs to not be working anymore. someone tell her to retire. she argued with us about a coupon that would benefit us saying that it wouldn’t work when it did and took literally $8 off of our total. she does not know what she’s doing. the food is good but the workers suck in my opinion. if i could i’d give them a 0 star rating for service.

A local business manager and I went to grab sandwiches for lunch. The young ladies behind the counter were dismissive, rude, and are definitely in need of training in customer service. Rolling of the eyes, ignoring customers, and making it seem as though the customers are an intrusion, is not the way to get or maintain a customer base.

Beware “curbside delivery”. This was my first time coming to this store and I chose curbside delivery on the app to try and save myself some effort; as I had my baby with me and it was a good bit of food and drinks. I arrived and let the app know I was there. It didn’t say to park in any specific spot so I chose one in front the store. I sat out there in the after noon heat for 30. minutes. I called after 15 minutes and I got the dial tone. I started to get a little concerned and called again. Still nothing. After about 25 minutes I decided to go in. I saw two workers taking to a customer in an empty restaurant. I saw my order on a “online order pickup” shelf. I helped myself and grabbed my food that was about 30 minutes old. I don’t mind grabbing the food myself but if it’s not going to be brought to my car then please don’t tell me it will be brought to my car ???

This place continues to get multiple mobile orders wrong despite having almost 20 minutes to make 4 subs before we'd even get there.It seems like some workers are more focused on the music in their Airpods than doing their job. I'm not sure how it's even possible to read 4 ingredients for a sub, and manage to add 6 more extras to it. I'd care less about the mistakes if it was now and then, but it seems to happen every time at this location. The workers barely even acknowledged us and didn't apologize or anything.First complaint about this was on Subway's website but it's bugged currently so I have to resort to this. Haven't heard back since the first complaint there, so figured maybe I could get a response to my feedback here.

I wanted an Italian sub . They don't have those , ok. They have BM? . I get my sandwich, nothing at all like I wanted. It had salami, pepperoni, lettuce and cheese on it. My granddaughter ordered it and we've never a problem until today. Very, very disappointed . It went in the trash.

The blonde worker there rolled her eyes at me every time I said something even though I came in with a warm smile and greeting. She ignored me and when another coworker was clocking out, she yelled over me to say bye to them. I mentioned I had a coupon for a bogo so I'll be getting two of the same and she proceeded to make one sub. Then I reminded politely at the end that I have a bogo coupon and she proceeded to say "thats going to be $36" so I asked "did you put the coupon on there?" And she said "you have to scan it yourself" just being really rude to me. The other worker there was really kind though.
