The food is old, this is the third time we tried this location, thinking maybe the first 2 experiences were just a fluke. However to our disappointment, it wasn't. The vegetables are old and brown and we couldn't even see the meat and cheese because it was hidden and covered up. My Daughter got sick off of the last sandwich she had and so we won't be going back here. Also, They won't even take coupons!! The girl said it was the owners choice. So we'll be going to one that is a little further away, but it will be worth it.

Do not go to this store! First off we ordered our food and tried to use a subway coupon that we got in the mail, the girl said that that store didn't accept the subway coupons. So instead of letting us use the coupons they threw away half of our already made subs. They place was nasty, not cleaned well. The bathroom was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The owner of this restaurant is a complete jerk, and doesn't know how to run a restaurant. What happened to the customer is always right? Not at this store. I would recommend a real subway not franchisee....don't mail out coupons if you won't accept them.

DONT COME HERE WITH COUPONS! They threw away half of my already made subs because they don’t accept coupons for steak and chicken. I felt as if I was unwelcome as they threw my subs away when I had money to pay! Poor service poor owners. .

I ordered a turkey sandwich. They gave me a salami sandwich, and after I called after two or three times they did not answer no refund me.
Wow suppose to be open at 9 am as stated on web site plus door. Sitting here and it is 9:40. I will not waste my time or gas to drive from my house in Maysville. Shut it down!!!

Manager of the place was a straight C word. Refused to fix my order even after admitting she made it wrong? Will not be ordering from this location again. She's probably the reason there's a high turn over rate of employees here. It's cute the manager thinks she knows anything about customer service. Major sad face.

The worst subway I have ever been to with by far the most incompetent workers I’ve ever met. I was the only one in the store and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come from the back and help me. Without apologizing or even just being friendly, she proceeds to make my sandwich. Where she then throws it into the over and I could clearly see the cheese and half the ingredients get toasted onto the paper and then put back on my sandwich. On top of that I had a pizza and asked her to cut it into eighths for my kid, where she then cut it in half and proceeded to box it up and give it to me. Never eating subway again.

Tuna sandwich was horrible. Asked to get another sandwich and manager said she could not replace it. She was very rude. Other customers witnessed her smart attitude. Will be sure to never recommend this place.
