Food was terrible not fresh and the environment was disgusting strays ripped stains all over the table we sat on and terrible customer service.

This place is absolutely horrible beyond the description of words. Someone should look into how they have a license to operate.1: When I went in and was seated the tables were filthy. Not only was the tables dirty but the floor had trash all over it with big wads of paper on the floor and under the tables.2: I had water with my meal which was around 11:30 am. Once the waitress delivered my water I never saw her again. I even had to call her from across the dining area to get her attention to bring me a refill on my water. About 10 minutes later I received my water refill.3: The food was horribly cold and rubbery like it was all leftovers. Evidently holding temperatures for food does not apply here. There was nothing on the steam tables at all that was close to being warm. I could only imagine the bacteria and salmonella that was breeding there.4: There was a health grade of 94% which had me concerned.5: I could maybe understand a little of this if the place was busy. There was only about 8 people there. It was 11:30 am on Saturday morning.6: The health department needs to make a surprise visit instead of announcing when they are going to come in for inspection. If this was ever done, this place would be closed down.Even Larry the Cable Guy would close it down!

GROSS!! Literally the worst buffet I've ever went to. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $17 a person! AC must have went out cause it was hot as hell in there. The sushi wasnt cold and the hot food looked like it was setting out for days. Also, The bathrooms, highchairs and changing area are absolutely disgusting. Had to change my grandson in the car because of the filth.

We had a great waitress she was really kind. My father forgot his phone they called to let us know and it was returned to him. The food however was cold and old barely any food out my family and I thought they were in the middle of renovations. We had one plate and left. Please do better so I can leave a better review.

Some of the food was pretty good especially the grill. However, many items were old and low in the buffet. The whole restaurant is in serious need of remodeling though. Our waiter, Matt, is really sweet and I am sure he works more than what this buffet is worth. I use to come her alot as a child and it is sad to see it go down so badly.

Pros:- conveniently located on hwy 24,- wait staff was attentive.Cons:- musty smell as soon as you enter,- to hot for comfortable eating,- cahier needs to work on people skills,- food was bland, with everything having the same taste,- food was colder than it should be,- bathrooms needed attention- the handicap parking spots were full of vehicles not displaying any plackards or plates, one vehicle was a taxi.- THE CASHIER/ GREETER LET 3 MEN IN WITH 2 FILTHY DOGS AND SAT THEM WITH THE REST OF THE DINERS, ONE OF THE DOGS WAS CLEARLY SICK A HAD VOMMITED ON THE BOOTH SEAT.Nothing more should have to be said about this place after the last comment, you have been warned, enjoy your intestinal parasites.

The blonde lady at the front was rude when I asked where a high chair was. Also food has been sitting out for long time most of it was gross. Instant stomach problems never eating here again.

*Minus half a star. This place is terrifying. The worst Chinese buffet I've ever been to. The interior is deteriorated in multiple ways. Complete chunks of fabric missing on chairs. How can foam be kept clean? The same with booths (see photos). Food debris between the seats and back of booths, food stuck to chairs, dirty tabletop. Multiple trays were empty. Food so dried up in trays that it couldn't be broken up with a spoon. Food so dehydrated that that you couldn't stick a fork in it. Hot food was lukewarm or cold. Our waitress filled our water, but didn't clear our plates away (only had 1 other customer) and never spoke a word. *I always leave a mercy tip when one wasn't earned, but she could have gotten triple. No music playing, except the waitresse's cell phone in her pocket. Is this normal here? If this is what the front of house is kept like I can only imagine the back. I felt crawly the whole time. I'm new to Jacksonville. I hate having to give a poor review. This was my first time visiting Supreme Buffet Hibachi Grill, and it is certainly my last. The only positive thing I could find was the elderly Asian man's kindly smile who worked in the back.

It is absolutely devastating for me to leave this review. A year ago...literally a year ago I would have given this place 5 stars as one of the premier stops for food in Jacksonville, NC. Now it is one of the absolute worst places to eat. Selection is key at a buffet and they offer nothing more than basic side dishes like beans, rolls and hardly have anything with actual decent substance. I found my kids gravitating to the orange jello and the ice cream while avoiding everything else (due to taste, limitation and presentation of the dishes). I'm sorry, but this place is not worth the amount they are asking per person and I got terribly sick from eating there. My family and I will not be back ever again. Please go to a real place that offers REAL Sushi and REAL Hibachi, not this imitation crab "restaurant".

Took my daughter, son and two granddaughters here for lunch today. The food so so nasty that my granddaughters, who are good eaters, wouldn’t eat! The bill was $57 for three adults and two children. Most of the food was dried out and very over cooked, the sushi was “fishy” like it had been sitting out for days. Don’t waste your time or money at this dive!

The food wasn’t warm and it was chewy like it wasn’t freshly cooked. The waiter was attentive, though. He filled out drinks and cleared our table routinely.

What a difference one new manager can make!!! I have legit seen such a transformation in this place!!! It IS hard to find good workers now days so as far as the waitresses…. They definitely (new ones) need some improving) but this is a buffet so I don’t depend on them too much!! But everything was GREAT!!! If you do decide to go, ask for Brittany, Megan, ida, Maddie or Keiko!!! Great servers for years!!!

The worst buffet I have been to in recent memory. The building and seating area felt very dirty and worn down. Booth seats were peeling apart. There was black mold showing around the air vents. Glad I didn’t have to use the restroom. I can only imagine how bad it must be. Some of the food was very cold. I also found a long strand of hair in the sesame chicken. I wanted sushi, but I regret eating raw fish here. If I don’t get sick, i’ll have to thank my fortune cookie which told me to not fear and have faith. We’ll see. Overpriced considering the whole experience was a bust.Edit: Happy to say I didn’t get sick. Maybe fortune cookies are more powerful than we might think. Still, this place could improve greatly.
