This is the absolute worst Taco Bell to go to. I have been here twice in three last two days and both days my food got messed up and got the wrong food. This time I went through the drive thru and got my food, thankfully I work right next to them but as I went to eat, it’s wasn’t my food at all so I went inside to get what I ordered and a worker said “I’ll be right with you” and then had me stand there and wait 20 minutes before asking me what I needed and then when I eventually got my food not only was I 10 minutes late for work but I still didn’t get my entire order. And there manager was just on the line making food instead of making sure the customer standing there for 20-25 minutes was taken care of and got the right food the second time. I will never come back to this store again and will make sure everyone know how horrible the customer service is.

Whoever is in the drive through taking orders 4/13/24 at 8:50 am needs serious RETRAINING! Her customer service is horrible. So rude and disgusting!It’s TOO early in the morning to have someone talk to me as if I’m inconveniencing her at HER WORK place when I was simply trying to place an order for myself and my family. Never again going to this location thanks to that employee.

Every time we come to this Taco Bell, everything in our order is always correct. They don't skimp when it comes to filling a burrito. This time was a huge plus because they're cherry Pepsi wasn't watered down?
Staff was friendly and the food was actually good and fresh unlike other locations.
