Placed a drive thru order on the app about 11:15 PM. Arrived at 11:30 PM. Was the second car in line. Nobody taking orders at speaker. I went inside and nobody visibly inside either. I could see an employee inside when I drove back by. Ended up canceling my order as it seemed they weren't taking any. I saw three cars try to order and drive off without being able to order anything.2/12/2024 11:30PM
Very rude management one of the managers (Bill) was very rude to his employees ? I feel sorry for her. Never will I ever come to this place again. And I waited 20 minutes for my food when a customer who ordered before me got her food after 5 minutes I'm pissed.

Just came by at 7pm and there’s tons of employees but obviously not paying attention to customers. My husband had to go in and remind them we have been pulled up…. We overheard one employee tell another the item we were waiting on was up 5 mins ago. Please don’t pull your customers and then have them waiting in your parking lot while you forget about them, ridiculous.
