Texas Roadhouse used to be a solid go to…but not anymore. After you get past the disgusting smell as soon as you walk in you then get to deal with the hostess booth where no one seems to communicate. You think you’re going to get seated at one of the many empty tables but no…you get taken to the far back section where the table still has someone else’s plates…five minutes later…someone cleans the table with no help of the hostess. Your rolls are thrown down and everything is now wet including my pants from where the table was “cleaned”…it was not. We asked “C” numerous times if we could sit somewhere else as we got awkwardly stared at by the other patrons…with the answer being no. Well off to Longhorn for what I’m sure will be a much better experience.

The atmosphere here is great...if you're a 16-year-old kid who wants to eat in the loudest environment possible. The food was not nearly as good as it used to be. The staff has placed additional chairs at many of the tables to pack the place even more fully. The result of this is a crazy noise level and overworked wait staff. Our server was great, but she had far too many tables and customers to take care of. We used to enjoy Texas Roadhouse, but this was our last visit.

Food was sometimes good other things,meh! Had steak, ribs, fries, onions n mushrooms, chili, Mac n cheese, fried pickles, cheesecake. Ribs are to die for! Steaks weren't quite cooked to order, one was inedible... seemed liked it was an end piece, full of fat n gristle. Mac n cheese was dry. On the other hand, onions n mushrooms were good, as was chili. Best thing was the ribs n cheesecake, sorry to say. Took forever to bring food out to car, making everything ice cold by the time we got back to hotel. Maybe other locations are better. But, of course, rolls n cinnamon butter were to die for!

We arrived at the at restaurant around 1:30, Christmas, Host placed our name on the list, advising us we will receive a text when our table is ready.We walked over to restaurant entrance, and the hostess asked our name, my Husband Stated Harvey, she asked, did you get a text, not yet, he responded, and hostess stated you will receive a text when your table is ready.32 minutes we received a text stating "your name was taken off the list" Humm? We stated to the Door Hostess, we have not received a text stating our table was ready, yet we received a "your name was taken off the list", with no explanation, but a "oh well".We were a little disappointed ?, however, a home cooked meal was what we needed and what we had.Christmas was Amazing.The door hostess needs coaching, her Service was horrible with No smile.

Texas Roadhouse is my family's favorite, I always ask for a Manager when I'm leaving to let them know food, service and prices are Awesome!! 1st time today being very disappointed, the steak was uneatable, service wasn't great!! The waitress told me a Manager would be out to talk to me, a great deal of time passed and the waitress asked if they had talked to me yet, I said no, she looked up our order and said 10.00 was taken off!? Very disappointed in your restaurant today!!!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The restaurant was not busy, but we sat and waited 30 mins to even have our appetizer put in to the kitchen and before receiving bread. First time I have ever walked out of a restaurant. Our server, Sarah, should probably consider her customers before sitting and talking with every coworker around.

My steak was overcooked. The servers being forced to line dance is a jarring experience. During the line dance the music is extremely too loud. The servers line dancing ruined the dining experience.
