The products and service are top tier! We had help navigating their menu from Ricky. His product and nutrition knowledge helped him fit flavor profiles to each of us in our party. We had a kid friendly tea, a zombie tea, & their og white chocolate caramel pretzel shake and all of them were crafted perfectly!They have a wonderful atmosphere, healthy treats, and even a tea take home kit for when I travel out of town.10/10 would recommend and we will be regulars! Went in there for the first time yesterday, due to the fact that I was having severe tooth pain and couldn’t eat for a few days. So I decided to go in and try their meal replacement shakes. Not only was the lady who helped me knowledgeable and super sweet, she made sure not to put any Sim card in it that might disrupt my tooth. Even told me about how I could get a shake and a tea for a discount price. Despite the fact that I was in severe pain that chocolate peanut butter shake was amazing. And that ocean water or something I’m definitely gonna try again here in the future.

There is absolutely no where else in Jacksonville that I would rather get a tea, shake , or coffee from. Not a single item on their menu is a no go. And most importantly they actually appreciate the customers here and are thankful when their space is utilized. Other companies really need to take notes!
