I gave 2 stars each for the service and atmosphere because it's trash, sometimes front counter acts as if you're impeding on her time, then the hours of operation are all wrong i called at 8pm because they normally close at 9pm and she answered talking about they closed already they close Monday thru Friday at 8pm just tell me you ready to leave than to play with me the food is great but everything else nah im good

Tony's is a good place and the food is great. However, their prices are a bit over priced. $4.75 for a single slice. I can go to similar pizza joints up north and get slices for $2. Their cheesesteaks are also overpriced. For the same price as their cheesesteak I can get one in Philly for 4x the size and 10x better. But the food is good given the location.

Came to Jacksonville mall from New Bern yesterday. Tried a piece of pepperoni and I couldn’t resist getting a whole pizza to go. It was bubbling hot out of the oven, just gorgeous. I’ve tried a LOT of different pizza in my days, but this hands down may be the best I’ve ever had. lol! So Cheers Tony's, guess I’ll be making the trek to Jacksonville more often now.

WORST PLACE EVER HANDS DOWN!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE WORST SERVICE YOUVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The manager refuses to speak to you over the phone and the people that do answer apparently never learned how customer service works. I ordered 4 pizzas for pickup. I sent my cousin to pick it up and they assured him it was only 3 pizzas. Even after showing the receipt that said 4 pizzas were paid for they still refused to give us our fourth pizza. When he came home with only 3 pizzas we tried calling multiple times only to be put on hold for 20+ minutes and told we could not speak to the manager. When we finally did speak to a man, he told us that we were wrong and only ordered 3 pizzas. After arguing with us for a good 5 minutes straight he finally reviewed the order and realized their mistake. However, they refused to refund us or deliver us a new pizza. This family of 20 will be sure to tell everyone in town to never visit this place again. To the owners—DO BETTER.

Mistakes happen and that’s okay. What’s not okay is refusing to fix the mistake and make it right.A pizza was forgotten, and when we called to inform them that we were missing 1/4 pizzas, they got combative and told us we only ordered 3. We argued and showed proof with a receipt, and they realized their mistake, they told us our options were a refund or that we could come pick up. We asked if they could deliver it, and they told us no. We asked if we could have an extra pizza since we would have to go all the way back, and they said no.Mistakes happen, but the customer shouldn’t be the one to pay for the mistake. That’s bad business practice all around. We won’t take the chance on Tony’s pizza again.
