Staff was friendly. Our waitress Gladys(not sure on the spelling there) was awesome. We all went with the all you can eat option. I was impressed. You get a bunch of choices for appetizers, hibachi, and sushi...all you can eat. The sushi rolls are amazing. I really liked the Dragin ball z, kaarage, and there was another one that was my favorite, but forget the name. All of them were good though.
The food is so delicious with very high quality sushi and meals. The service was perfect, our drinks were kept full, our menus were always stocked, and the place has gorgeous decor.

I don't like their take home policy on food. .50 to 1.00 for each piece you take home. Ridiculous!!! Why do I pay for food twice! I already paid for on the "all you can eat sushi" menu. I have brains enough not to be greedy and way over order. Place was kinda trashy inside the building near the back entrance. Bathroom needed some work and cleaning as well. Wait time was an hour or more.Parking: Hard to park in the parking lot due to the tight spaces. Had to park beside the dumpster in the back due to over crowdingWheelchair accessibility: God be with you if you cannot walk. Difficult to navigate there.

The only reason I am giving such a low rating is because one of the employees there used my debit card for an online fantasy football site. It was only 20$, but when I told the manager the next day, he acted like he didn't even care. I was very polite and explained to him that I only used that particular card for bills, and Tsukiro was the only place that I had ever used it. I was certain because I'd switched purses and left my other cards in the other purse. The manager didn't apologize or show any concern.

Amazing all you can eat sushi. Not a buffet style where it sits there. You can get as much as you want they make it fresh and bring it to you. I highly recommend trying this place to any sushi lovers!
First time visit to restaurant.Had to wait @5 minutes or so before we saw a host and another couple of minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant.Fairly large space with bar on far end of restaurant.I opted for all you can eat sushi, wife opted to order what she could eat...teriyaki shrimp plate.Lunch time visit, there were maybe 4 tables occupied @noon.I picked one each of Nigiri from menu and a spicy tuna roll.Slow to serve my sushi, wife got her Teriyaki shrimp and nearly finished it before my "not-so-spicy" tuna, I could only taste the rice? and had to ask for tray and wasabi for soy sauce.Too another 5 minutes of so to get my nigiri sushi, so tiny with 90% of it was rice and tiny slices of fish.When I finished them, in few minutes, mind you with that tiny serving sizes, I had to wait for waitress, order my next batch and wait another 10 minutes before I got the nigiri and NO rolls.Finished the nigiri before waitress came to check on me. I asked her where is the rolls I asked for in the 2nd order form... couple of minutes later, I got served.Overall, wife had to sit across me, watch me eat and wait for me to get done eating, another 20 minutes AFTER she was done eating.By the time we got done, we spent nearly 1.5 hours there.Total cost came out to be @$43 with 2 diet drinks.Not bad price wise. As for service, terribly slow for all you can eat, too much time sitting around waiting to be served what I ordered...upon arrivale, there were 5-6 prepping sushi, so I can't understand what took so long to make my order.Atmosphere was bad, sushi counter workers playing music way too loud, we would've preferred no music at all.We "might" revisit, to see if it was just a bad timing after opening or that's how they operate no matter when you go there.Parking: Limites space for the size of the restaurant.

After previously having a few poor experiences here decided to give it a final try. Went today with my husband, placed our order, got our drinks, my husband got his miso soup, I got my appetizers, they neglected to bring out his spring rolls, we asked twice and never got them, never got refills the whole time we were there, hibachi comes out and the yumyum sauce is spilled over my husband's hibachi, we're used to it on the side and he gives it to me as he doesn't like it, we asked to have it remade, it comes out wrong, at this point we're ready to leave, we asked to speak to a manager who had an attitude, wasn't apologetic in the slightest for our poor experience, didn't even offer to make things right just kept giving excuses or ignoring our complaints, we ended up just getting our check and leaving, will not come back again

My wife and I ate here for the first time. Andy was our server and did an excellent job. He let us know how the all you can eat menu worked and gave good recommendations. We will definetly be returning here.
We called in a pick up order for a beef and chicken hibachi and salmon and mango rolls. The gentleman who took the order was very accommodating with my special request. The food was ready in under 15 minutes and was absolutely delicious. It was our first time here, but definitely not our last. Can't wait to go back!
