If I could rate less than 1 star I would. We DoorDash Wendy’s frequently because it’s one of the few things available in our area. The order is never right. Ever. Tonight was especially bad as the frosty was completely melted, the fries were cold and soggy and they didn’t even put my burger in there. You know, the main reason to get Wendy’s? I honestly feel like they should fire everyone and start over at this point. They clearly don’t know how to read an order and if they did, they wouldn’t care enough to make it right. That’s my last Wendy’s order. If you still order from here, don’t say I didn’t warn you. You will be disappointed every time.

I've visited this location dozens of times in the last 15 years and within the last few years it seems to be more and more common to have an issue. Wrong orders, confused staff, missing items. Sometimes though it's 10/10, fast, hot and fresh food, so it's hard to pin an exact rating on the entire experience as it's best described as "Hit or Miss". The location on Western is typically our go to now.Parking: Approximately 20 spots directly around the building with the rest of the MCX parking lot also available.
Took 15 minutes to get my order, came to me somewhat warm and the double stack I got was as small as a cheeseburger. Never eating there again

11:30 on March 13 the guy running the drive thru asked me if I was picking up door dash told him no, then proceeded to say that they're closed due to cleaning like WTH how is door dash more important than your regular customers

There’s a certain lady usually at breakfast and she can be extremely rude and forgetful of items. She sounds super rude on the intercom and tends to not get the order correct. She also forgets straws and syrup often and the order is never packed w the sides that come with the meal. She has very few good days though just wish she could have more of them.
Went there in the morning. Menu was still lunch/dinner. When I told the lady I need a minute the menu was ni breakfast she told me with an attitude "we know, we haven't switched it because of the rain". It's barely raining mind you. Not very professional. Also was rude taking my card. Thr overall experience got me heated first thing in the morning.

Omg the service is terrible here. Such a long wait. Was at the speaker box for 10 minutes before they got back to me. Sat in line for almost 30 minutes....if you're in a rush and want fast food it would be faster to drive to the Wendy's on marine Blvd than go
