I eat here . The service sucks. I stood at register 11 mins waiting and I was the first person in line. Only the manager man was working I have a video . I was so upset. My food was not hot. This and others that came to pick up the door dash had to wait until they got the other put together. This is my favorite place to eat. Now I don't wanna drive a long way to get to another Wendy's that is far from my house, to get my food
I went inside the store to order on Friday, 3/29/24. There was a family of 4 standing in front of me & it looked as if they had not ordered yet. There were 3 employees at the register & 1 of them was ordering his food. None of the employees acknowledged me or said they would be with me shortly. I was in a hurry so I left & went to another place. Very disappointing situation. I won't go back to this Wendy's.

This is honest to god the worst Wendy’s in Jacksonville and the worst one comparing to surrounding cities. The people that work there just don’t care they are slow and can’t even get a simple order of a Double cheeseburger and somehow give you a Jr bacon. You try to go at night and their system is down 24/7 and the people at drive thru be having the worst attitudes for no reason. Just awful Wendy’s

Friendly, competent drive-thru service. Breakfast served until 10:30. I love their salads, grilled chicken sandwich , baked potatoes & fruit flavored lemonades. The pretzel burger is popular. Anything with bacon, the baconator is delicious with their fresh french fries.Vegetarian options: Salads.
What happened to "where's the beef?" This is an $8.00 baconator with pretzel bun. Single patty, one slice of cheese, 2 strips of bacon, and a shot of mayonnaise. Where's the lettuce? Where's the tomato? Where's the pickle? But most of all....WHERE'S THE BEEF? It's all bun!!!

I ordered DoorDash from this particular Wendy’s and not only did they give me the wrong order but the ticket and the wrong order didn’t even match. When my second Dasher went to pick up the corrected order they were extremely rude to her, forgot two more items and tried to give her a busted bag. Not sure if it’s always like this or if they’re having a bad night but my Dasher was a boss and got us our order right
