Went to the drive-thru that wasn't busy at all. Had to wait 10mins for our food. No patrons eating inside. Chicken was extremely over cooked. We just peeled the outside layer off to eat the meat. The batter tasted funny. Either old batter or old oil was used.

I ordered a chicken biscuit combo sub for a bun with lettuce tomato and mayo. they gave me a regular chicken biscuit and when i tried to call to get it corrected the number is out of service.

This location is close so we reluctantly come to this store. The staff are not friendly. They usually have an attitude and definitely don't want to be at work. The fries are dry and stale sticks. The Bo rounds on occasion are hot and fresh although today they were not. The overall experience is usually awful. Is it too much to ask for professionalism? It's kind of ridiculous really. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere if you can.

I meet with the manager today. Her name is Mika, I told her that I had not been to this location in over a year so to the service I received then. But today things were turned around she is going a great job with the store and her staff. When I went in all I saw was teenagers I think she was the only adult in the place. I know it’s hard working with the teenagers we have today cause parents are not in the house to teach them so she has to be the manager and the paren’t. Good job Mika
Made an order online paid through google pay get to the restaurant inside was closed drive through says they can’t complete the order and I have to receive a refund from the app i paid. Google pay has not rectified this issue and the phone number listed for the restaurant is not operable. Will never pay through google pay

My coworker likes food from here so we order food fairly regularly. I have no many issues with the service provided. Too lazy to separate the bo-rounds while they cook so they stick together and more often than not are not cooked fully. They never offer a napkin, they NEVER include the condiments required. They never answer their phones. The app sucks because you can't request anything so they just throw things together and throw it in the bag. How hard is it to give basic customer service along with food prepared right. I personally prefer not to eat here EVER because of this poor quality service provided. Do better.

The problem I have with Bojangles is consistency. I got two supreme combos and a two-piece combo. I had fries and dirty rice for sides. They had me pull up. I hate that because they usually forget stuff.Got my order. Fries were old. Went in and I asked for fresh fries. They gave me more of the same batch of fries saying these were just made. No they weren't. There hot , but not fresh. (The picture may not do justice on how old and stale these fries actually were, but I'll tell you this: everything in this pic got thrown away.)And to top it off, no napkins, no sporks, no sauces, no straws.

I just over from the Greensboro airport location because they were out of legs,thighs and mashed potatoes. Got here at 7:15 no one was dining in the restaurant. Went to order and they said all we have is chicken breasts.Dont waste your time coming here if your hungry Bojangles has very poor management in this area. Can't make profit without sales. They will eventually disappear. I'm heading to KFC from now on. I will never go back to Bojangles
