The meal deal was ordered for my grandchildren,5! They wanted Domino's Pizza! Family favorite. The restaurants address is 114...my home is 600! The pizza needed to be placed in the microwave! There was no marinara sauce for the parmesan bites... Just bread! The OWNER refused to do anything about it! Extremely poor and rude customer service! I'm a veteran of 26 years of service and 7 tours! I explained that it wasn't that serious, it was for grandkids that came to visit from Pittsburgh, pa.

Ordered online for pick - it said 22-23 minutes , went to pick 0n time and waited another 20 minutes Manager laughed that they were busy ? Not sorry more like too bad .don’t post a pick up time if you can’t keep it ! A coupon or something for the inconvenience , would have been appreciated!

Food has been decent in the past, but the order accuracy here is always below what it should be. They never bring exactly what you order, then when you call back they give you attitude for calling. When asked when the owner will be in, they say he wont talk to you, we will be too busy then. Bad service from this store. They have maybe 2 decent workers at this store, and thats about it.

Our local Domino's in jamestown. Used to be the best store but now they have become the worst for online order & delivery. We've caught them in outright lies on our pizza and delivery on 1 occasion and tonight, our order showed as being prepped for over 20 min. I called the store, said it was going into the oven now. I canceled and will NEVER order from this store again!

I usually have no problems with Dominos Pizza. On 5/31/23 i ordererd one of the handmade pan pizzas and the dough wasnt fully cooked. Ate a few slices then decided to throw it away. Could of gone back to complain and ask them to remake it but didnt feel like driving all the way back. If you order the Handmade pan i recommend ordering it well done.

Ordered a thin crust pizza with onions and sausage. The pizza was over cooked with crust burnt and very little sausage on it. Will not be a customer again.

I have done business with this location for years. Last night they delivered a crushed boxed pizza. I stopped the driver showed it to her and she said just call them and they can fix it. It was already 10 pm so I let it go but it was just not good. I have pics.

Usually I am ok with their pizza, but I ordered 3 topping. There was hardly any of the 3. On some slices there was no meat. The pizza was unusually greasy. It will be a very long time before I ordered pizza from Domino's again.

I worked at this store for 2 days and was fired by Paul because My car broke down and I was getting it fixed (very unprofessional). On 9/4/22 I contacted Paul (store manager) to ask were the paychecks going to be there on Monday and he replied in a rude response ( it’s in the mail) I replied back to ask which address did he send it to and once again I gave a smart remark back. On Wednesday (9/7/22) my paycheck was stolen and I reported it on Friday (9/9/22 with US Postal service who told me to contact the manager (Paul) at domino’s Jamestown too. I called the store first and the nighttime shift manager was very rude and was trying to rush me off the phone so I contacted (Paul) right after I hung up to inform him about my missing paycheck and he’s been giving me smart remarks and trying to say I’m lying. One thing I don’t play about is my money so why would I lie. After avoiding my questions about my paycheck and waiting over a week before he make me another paycheck which he’s charging me 35.00 out of my own paycheck(unprofessional) just to get paid. When I could have picked up my paycheck from the store in the first place and returned the uniforms …smh I wouldn’t advise anyone to work for this store. And no I’m not mad about getting fired because I have two other jobs after I left it’s just the fact I want the money I worked for.
