I just got off work after a long day, stepped inside the restaurant but I was not greeted. The young girls and the manager just looked at me and keep doing what they were doing. The manager actually walked away. I’m very disappointed at the level of service for food that is somewhat costly. They need to be disciplined.

I order ahead and the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly guy in the front while he put together someone else's sandwich - guessing the lost look on my face gave away I was the preorder and he immediately let me know it was almost out. I was offered a cup of water while I waited, which is a small gesture - but much appreciated. Once done with other customers - he made friendly conversation and my sandwich came out right after. I only took one star from the food because I ordered no tomatoes and it had some on there. Overall, will definitely still come back here for the friendly/welcoming energy.
I was actually at the liquor store next door but I know the subs are good ?

Ive never been disappointed at a Jersey Mikes. This was a great example of what is good about quick service. The bathrooms and restaurant eating area was extremely clean. The staff was kind and friendly--they worked well together and as I was leaving they were all chatting and laughing. My sandwich was DELICIOUS! It was piled high with roast beef, lettuce, and tomato.

If I could give more stars I would.Stopped in for a quick dinner on 9/1. It was our daughters bday and all the staff sang happy bday! Subs were made wth care and all the staff was very friendly and professional.Stop by this location if you are in the area. You wont e disappointed.

Last time I went here I got a cheese steak to-go. As I was eating it I found two gigantic fruit flies inside of it that were evidently having a party inside the peppers and onions before finding their way into my sub. Disgusting. The lettuce in the bin also looked wilted and not fresh. This location appears to be cutting corners, I don’t even want to think about what else might be going on in there. I will go to the Grandover location from now on.

Everything was good into I get to the cashier and I forgot for a moment what I have and she started like yelling about , what you have !!! You don’t know I say what and she was kind like racism because she was talking with other people very nice but me like Hispanic was the only person she talked like that

It's our favorite sandwich shop. The staff are friendly and they get your order right on the first try. It does get crowded at lunchtime. I've never been disappointed when I've been there.
