The customer service is great. Reliability does not exist. It is the ONLY Starbucks on my commute to work. They are ALWAYS out of ingredients but NEVER NEVER NEVER post it on the mobile site it is not available. They wait until you arrive and don’t see your item to ask who you are and then offer to fix something else. Nice gesture but not when it is an ALLL THE TIME occurrence. I stop going for months and either go to a reliable one the evening before or wake up 30 minutes early to go out of the way to another reliable one off the highway. I try again, thinking it was just during that season/time, but nope, does not matter what time of year or how many months apart still same issue different month. I have spoke to the district manager twice who is also very nice. However, I’m not ordering for everyone to be nice, but to get an alert like other Starbucks to show what’s not available before I place the order so my expectations are set before I arrive and have to be delayed getting to work. But today was the last time I will ever order mobile with this location.

Yay Starbucks for having healthier options. Red pepper egg bites and the Hazelnut shaken espresso were super yummy. Great service and seating.

The last 2 times my husband has stopped here my drink was not correct. I always order iced chai tea with vanilla. The last time he stopped and ordered the chai tea with vanilla I received something with coffee in it even though the printed label had the correct item on it. Today he ordered me a chai tea with vanilla and I got a cup of watered down some kind of milk with no flavor at all.. definitely was NOT what he ordered and there was no printed label on my cup. I will not be ordering from this Starbucks again.

Hot tea h hor chocolate were both great. Pastry wasn't very good. Ok but not great.
Such a nice Starbucks and they made my Chai tea latte taste great. I like the location, it’s right next to this furniture store that seems to be a gated area, but they have a sign that you can see very clearly from the road.

8 employees 1 taking orders 6 talking with each other, I think the other one handles relieving the others with specialized job that involve not waiting on customers or making coffee. But there's plenty of time to take a seat wait 20 minutes for your coffee and post reviews.
