My job is near here and I usually come here often , today I went to subway on my lunch break when entering a family was to the side the father was finishing up the order while waiting .. the young lady came from the back and stated the system was down I couldn’t pay inside .. I explained to the young lady that I can place my order online . While the manager/owner was ringing up the customer I stated how did he pay in store if the system down .. she stated she didn’t know and they guy who was “fixing” the machine was right behind me . When I look it was another fellow subway employee who had on a uniform .. when asking the manager the same question he begin IRATELY YELLING AT ME . The STORE WAS DECLINING ORDERS DUE TO HEING SHORT STAFF REGISTER WAS NEVER DOWN . It gave the owner was not a big fan of feminism it also gave racism !! I told all my coworkers at the bank about my horrific experience

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway restaurant. I placed an online order and came into the restaurant to pick it up. When I spoke to the person working (ben), he was incredibly rude and annoyed that I checked my sandwich before I left. When i discovered it was incorrect, I attempted to address it, and he became immediately hostile. I asked him if he had an attitude, and he told me he was frustrated with me because I requested he fix my sandwiches. I then requested a refund because I should not be treated badly and spend my money at an establishment that doesn't value my service, and he denied me a refund stating that "i already took the food". I did take the food from the counter to the table in front of the counter, but not outside the store. Seeing that he refused to refund me my money and keep the food, i asked him to remake the food. He refused again, stating that his manager would "really fire him for wasting food." I order from Subway quite often, and although I paid for double meat, I did not receive it. Also, the meat on my philly cheese steak was given to me cold, and my vegetables were soggy along with missing ingredients (I have photos). Ben then picked over my sandwich, heated the meat, and carelessly threw it back in my sandwich. I had to beg him to rewrap it because there was mustard all over the exterior of the sandwich. I asked for management and was advised that he was the only one there and "Justin" The manager would be there on Sunday. As previously mentioned, I feel greatly disrespected, and I am requesting contact from someone as I would like a refund or my order remade to Subways usual and expected standard. I have this incident recorded for further review.

Bad service, waited more than 5 minutes for somebody come out from the back. Poor sanitation, they touch everything with the gloves they use to prepare your sandwich. Won't visit this subway again.

There was only one girl making the sandwiches. I felt so bad for her, the line was really long. She wore the same gloves to use the register and make people's sandwiches. I found an alive fly in my sandwich and a dead one. Couldn't eat the rest of it. Left and will not go back to this subway. All in all it was not a pleasant experience. Subway can do better.Vegetarian options: Not much selection for non meat eaters.

Not being negative, but it seemed the price here was a tad more than others ive gone to. I could be wrong. I also wish they would accept coupons here. For those 2 reasons, my budget didn't have much room to leave a tip because I'm already paying more than average. Just a suggestion . Everything else is fine

The young men in the store today did a really great job with helping each other out. Looks like they were learning on the job. He was very careful making my sandwich, and did not overdo condiments like spread too much mayonnaise, etc. which I appreciate. The only reason I gave him four stars instead of five, was because when he assisted the other young man with something on the cash register, he came back to making my sandwich and did not change his glove before I stopped him immediately and asked him to. otherwise the sandwich looked and tasted great and the customer service was wonderful. Nice first impression for my visit we are headed been along time since a very bad experience on Spring garden. I choose this one going forward.

I'm honestly upset right now. I just picked up my sister from softball after work and headed to subway, got there at 9:32, door is locked. I call thinking it's an accident since they're opened for almost thirty more minutes, NOPE, the woman on the phone tells me they're not taking any more orders because they're getting ready to close. I work food service, I work at Starbucks, and that is unacceptable. If your closing hours are 10 you close your doors at 10 and you clean AFTER. It's ridiculous to cut corners and is a blatant show of laziness that mirrors the sandwiches they produce. Disappointed.
