They close the buffet at 8:30pm and close the restaurant at 9:00pm. NOT 10!!I was so mad when I got there and they were closed. Please update the time online.

This was my first time being at CiCi and the food was good. The restaurant was clean. The people that worked there were very nice. A nice family place to go. Buffet very filling. I won’t need to eat for the next week!!! Fyi even though CiCi is open till 10pm buffet closes at 8:30.

Traveling out of town and found what I can no longer get at home in northern Virginia, CiCi’s pizza and salad bar in Kannapolis, North Carolina. The best CiCi’s ever! Best salad bar selection, including cheese and croutons. The crew was super fast and friendly, keeping up the buffet for a very busy Friday night crowd with large families and yet still responding to personal requests.Vegetarian options: Salad bar can be vegan or vegetarian. Pizza can be vegetarian.
It's a no frills $9/person pizza buffet and you get what you pay for.This would be a great place to take small children who love pizza and video games. Great place to have a birthday party.Definitely not a place to take a date though. LOL

Best salad bar of any Cici’s I’ve been to. I went in about an hour before the buffet closed (they stay open later for carry out), and the staff never made me feel rushed or unwelcome. They continued to put out fresh pizzas my entire visit. There’s really not many places where you can eat your fill, serve yourself and take a drink to go for $11.Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar, and they can make your pizza to your specifications.
