First time at a Culver’s. When I walked in I was first impressed with cleanliness of the restaurant. I was also impressed with the customer service. The burger and fries were both hot and fresh but did lack in flavor/seasoning.

For those in the south who have yet to experience Culver's, it's a blue themed Chick-fil-A but with burgers and fish instead of chicken.Culver's gives great service at every one I've been to. The dining areas & bathrooms have always been reasonably clean.I'll recommend Culver's to anyone!

This was my second time here. The first time, m family and I were greeted by Gustavo. He was awesome. He took his time and explained things on the menu without seeming to be annoyed. He genuinely seemed happy and like he was enjoying his job and helping us. This is so rare nowadays, he was a breath of fresh air. Today, my second visit, I was pleased that we had him as serve us as well. Again, he was happy and upbeat, even came by to make sure our food was right and that we were satisfied. At the counter, there were a couple of other employees who interacted with my kid and I and had my kid smiling. That's rare with my kid because of a disability. I am so happy and pleased to be a customer here and really appreciate the professionalism and interactions.
