Good food. Almost prepared the same as back home! Always get the lau lau on the weekends(shipped from Hawaii ). Can never go wrong with the grill mix plate. I love the Mac salad back home in Hawaii, the Mac salad here can use a bit of work. All the workers are nice
Delicious authentic Hawaiian food. This place will not disappoint you. It all taste just like it came from the island. They even have malassadas(Portuguese donuts) that’s very famous in Hawaii!

I love L&L. I spent my summers going to Hawaii and I'd dream of my teriyaki beef, sticky rice, Mac salad and Loco Moco. My go to all the time. Then it came to NYC, still an hour drive or train ride but so worth it. And with it in my now home of NC I'm ecstatic. I go all the time. The food is always great. The Loco gravy is jy favorite if only I could replicate it. The only thing that gets me is the onions in the Mac salad. I don't remember that in all the ones I visited over the years. And they aren't small. It seems whoever is making it depends as to which you get...lots of chunks, small chunks, or so much it just smells of onions. I wish that was different. But I do keep going back. The people and great and kind. The food Ono eats. And it's a reminder of some wonderful times...minus the onions ;)

Staff is always friendly. The food is delicious, they have $1 musubi on Mondays for a quick and easy lunch. Only downside is the lack of indoor seating, however there is some outdoor seating available to make up for this.
This place has a unique taste that's fantastic. All the meats are so tender and full of flavor , only downside is the tiny dining area , Customer service is fantastic.
A cozy little place with chill vibes and some really incredible food. Highly recommend the Fried Katsu Chicken Sandwich, it blows away any other chicken sandwich I've had (Chick-fil-A and Popeyes doesn't even compare). The prices are really good, and you get a lot of food for what you pay for.

Everything I've tried here has been great, but the spam masubi is my favorite. If you order in person, there are specials that aren't on the menu, including poke bowls and gyoza.

Generous portions and fresh tasty food. I ordered the kalbi beef short ribs plate and a spam musubi. The rice was cooked perfectly and the short ribs were super meaty. I still haven't come around to the char flavor in Hawaiian cooking, but it wasn't too overbearing. The spam musubi on the other hand was the most delicious way to end the meal. The rice was still warm and the spam had a wonderful teriyaki glaze on it. I would come back for a few of these in the future for sure! Otherwise, they also have a nice indoor seating area and plenty of parking.
