I ordered two supreme tacos and specifically asked if the cheese could be put on top of the beef, went as far to explain that when the cheese is placed on top of the lettuce, it falls everywhere. The girl in the drive thru said "sure no problem" I get my tacos and the cheese is on top of the lettuce, specifically against what I asked. I told them this and the drive thru guy said "sorry. Corporate has a specific way they have us build the tacos and we aren't allowed to do it any other way, and they're here today" then he proceeds to give me my drink with no ice. So I guess corporate is suppper strict on tacos but very chill when it comes to drinks? Seriously ?

To be honest, I have yet to place an order at this Taco Bell and it actually come to me correctly and they didn't forget anything.With the most recent order they most definitely did not accommodate modifications, and they left three items out of my order. However, upon coming to pick up it was of course taped up within two bags and a line so I did not have the time to check it before leaving.Even better when I went through the app to try to make the complaint. Once I got home, the app had a malfunction and would not let me submit feedback. So yeah by all means you multi-billion dollar corporation keep my money and my food.
Ordered hard tacos. Not one hard nor solid taco shell in the bunch. They sent what started as as hard shells. Not sure what happened. The shells were SO rubbery and soft I couldn't even break them up to just make a taco salad type of thing instead. Not the first bad order from there, just the first review. Done.
