Drive through at 9:40 p.m.,, no one said I’ll be with you shortly and when they finally responded they made me feel like I had done something wrong by waiting. Very unprofessional. I drove to another location and received much better service.

Literally nothing good to say about visit to pick up mobile order. Manager likes to argue, just nasty attitude. GM dude tried to make things right, but got home and was still missing several food items and condiments. Needs new staff.

This location is pretty darn bad. The food is never right, but it's really the staff that makes you not want to eat here. From the store manager being rude, to their shift managers playing music on their phone at full volume, it makes for a pretty bad dining experience. The location up by Concord Mills is much better.

Stopped here for a quick dinner togo. It fit the bill. Food was fine. Service was ok. The inside of the restaurant was nice, fairly new.

Had a rude lady at the drive through late at night maybe around 9 o clock. It was a weekday also. Gave me sweet tea but it did not taste like sweet tea, asked to make sure, she said it was. It tasted like an Arnold Palmer. So instead I asked for a different drink. She seemed like she did not want to help me. Eventually she changed my drinks . When I got my spicy nuggets I realized all of them were like chicken bricks. Mostly hard and barely edible. It sucks because I had two orders of nuggets. It was if they cooked too long and left it out. This is not the first unpleasant experience from this place. Could not even ask for another sauce because the lady seemed to be annoyed with my requests. So she left the window and didn’t return. Bad staff bad food.

Service can be slow and inconsistent at times. They can never seem to remember sauce for the nuggets or straws for your drinks. Not sure how they expect you to drink your soda with no straw? But they are normally always nice and the food is always great.

Absolute disaster. Chronically understaffed, dining area is never open, the staff that does show up uses being short staffed as a reason to not even do the basics. Deserves to go out of business.
