I have came here twice , the first time I had came here was great the second time (today) was horrible I stood in front of the line for 15 minutes and wasn’t served. Eventually the subway employees had to come over and serve us. The food was good but service was terrible. Not to mention I was on a 6 hour car ride and was on the go. It didn’t help that service was so bad

Employees make you feel bad for ordering food 30 minutes before they close. So if its not something easy to make they complain in front of everyone.Also said we cant get chocolate because the are closing soon (30 min before)

Most appalling food experience tonight. We've stopped here before and was very pleased. But not tonight. We're there hour and 15 before closing time and people were behind me. The young girl had just sprayed down cleaning solution on blizzard machine. I had asked for a blizzard and she then said she had just sprayed the machine and did I still want a blizzard. I said I did, she proceeded to make the blizzard in the machine with the cleaning solutions still foaming around the stem. When I told her to stop and clean the machine and not use the cup and start with new ice cream she gave me a lot of additude.Tryed to find a manager but no one away around.Sorry not going here again.

Elizabeth was the sole employee at the DQ when I stopped by en route to New York City from Key West, FL. I HAD to stop for a treat. She was wonderful and couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful and kinder. She was funny too, talking in her accent about the local area. Wonderful employee.

Zero. Zero ZERO stars! Waited for 15 minutes and was NEVER helped. The employee was "helping" subway and couldn't take the time to come help me even after being acknowledged by a manager and another subway employee. After I walked over and said we have been waiting for 10 minutes, she said I'm the only one working. I said you need to take turns then and help them so you can help me. I returned to the DQ side to wait and she had the time to come over and tell me, again, that shes the only one working, the manager and other employee arent there. She said she couldn't just walk away from Subway, but yet she could walk away from it to argue with me about why she couldn't help me. I understand there is an employee shortage everywhere. I understand customer service is hard (i have done it for many years). However, if you cannot service both stores then you need to close one down while the other is active. This is absolutely unacceptable. Put up a closed sign or arrange your shifts better.
