Have always enjoyed going here UNTIL last time. Brought family and two people ordered Crab legs...we're expensive. They were very dry and not good. When I told the waiter, he said "wow, that's too bad" and walked away. After the meal I called and spoke to a manager and explained that we had two bad orders of crab legs. She said we get them from a vendor and just heat them and serve. It wasn't their fault. I said okay, but you served them to us not the vendor and I paid you. She said "What do you want me to do?" Not exactly the best response. She offered me complimentary meal...but I had two bad meals. That is the best I can do. Today I called to order the one meal and was told it was past 30 days and I could no longer eligible for that one meal. I asked to speak to someone to resolve the issue and she said she was the manager and she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. I asked to have the owner call me....will see if that happens.
