I ate here for the 1st time today. It has been hard to find fresh, good tasting Wonton Soup. This soup was spot on, I will be ordering more. I also ordered Szechwan Chicken with pork fried rice. It was delicious.

This place is terrible. They don’t start your food until you get there, so don’t even bother ordering delivery or carry out if you want it in a reasonable amount of time.

Do Not !!!Do Not !!!! Eat here . We ordered food for take out . When we got home (20min) we had received the wrong food . Called the manager told us that we did order the Buddist .and also told us that we didn’t order rice .Finally got the right food after having to arguing with the manager. This morning the whole family has been in the bathroom being sick!!! Don’t eat here!!!!

At this time, China Rose is primarily a take-out place. Food is excellent and staff is quick and courteous.

I ordered from here twice and both times the food was dry, old, and off putting. The first time I placed the order, it took over an hour for them to finally start preparing the food. After trying to contact them about the status, they said it was a power outage. After a few weeks, I decided to give them another try and had the same, exact experience. The food was cold, tasteless, and burnt. I don't not recommend this place. Try Golden Wok on Wendover!
This is my favorite place to go for take out!! I either get the sesame chicken combo or general combo Both very delicious!! Will continue to come!!!

We tried China Rose for the first time last night and were impressed. Ordered online and my husband picked it up - he said they are doing takeout only and are still taking covid precautions - which is fine since we're from NY and all the good Chinese places are takeout anyway. He likes chicken chow mein and said it tasted like what he remembers. I tried a bite and it was plain but good, with celery, carrots, onions, and Napa cabbage. I'm spicy so I got garlic shrimp, and it could have been a little spicier but the garlic level and sauce flavor was great. It had zucchini, carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, snow peas, and they didn't skimp on the shrimp. When ordering online you can add instructions, so next time I might ask for medium spicy. The fried rice was good and tasted perfect. I was worried because a lot of places around here make bright yellow fried rice and it's awful. The hot and sour soup was good, but not my favorite. The flavor was great and it had the correct ingredients, but they used soft tofu instead of firm, and it was a little too slippery for me to order again. We also got egg rolls which were crispy, yummy, and actually had filling (how do some many places get these wrong?). I'm happy I found this place and no longer have to drive to Tin Tin in Winston-Salem for good Chinese...except for their hot and sour soup
