omg I went to this location for lunch I had the bowl chicken black beans and white rice the rice wasn't done the chicken was burnt I ask for been juice on my rice and wasn't given any I try to eat ? it but I have never had a disappointment meal before but this was so very nasty. I'll be taken this meal back as soon as I get off never will I come again

I come here at least once a week and it's my favorite location in the triad area. The food is pretty consistent and I never have to wait long for service. It loses a star for the lack of cleanliness. The tables and chairs are nearly always dirty when I dine in. And the music is always just a little too loud to be enjoyable. Other than that, I love it

Went in to order and they have no meat at all. When asked if they were going to cook some, they said maybe in an hour. Customers coming in and just leaving bc the employees don't want to work. Not a great way to start off the New Year Chipotle!

DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD DELIVERD! If you want Chipotle walk in there and get your food. And even if you do that the food service is getting worse and worse and the portion sizes continue to get smaller at this location. When we visit other Chipotles most of them take pride in the amount of food they serve, especially for the money, but the Kernersville location continues to go downhill. We order from Chipotle a lot in my household, and I do mean a lot ( At least three times a week....and I just spent a couple hundred dollars on gift cards for my kid, nieces, and nephews for Christmas). I don't typically order for delivery but when I did today it was a hot mess. The only thing good about the order was the DoorDash driver, his manners, and politeness. My chips were left off the order which is the only thing that I wanted personally to eat. When I spoke to my daughter apparently this happens on every single delivery she's ever had. There was no rice in any of my food except for the bowl....the bowl had like two tablespoons of rice and I asked for extra rice. It's absolutely ridiculous when I paid $53 for a bowl, a taco, and a quesadilla for it to come to me like that. Your food is good for the most part but your service, portion sizes, and your knack for screwing up orders are absolutely horrendous.

I’ve been coming almost 2 years and it’s gotten worse and worse. For the price it’s a complete rip off. Just spent $25 on a kids quesadilla and an adult quesadilla with double meat. They gave me half a scoop chicken/ half scoop steak and was more tortilla than anything. Said this is pitiful I paid for double meat I want it. Not to mention now for adult quesadillas you have to download the app and order. What a pitiful experience. MOES it is from now on, you get your moneys worth not here where they scrap what’s been left on the floor and feed it into this sorry thing they call a burrito
Worst customer service you’ll ever receive, they could literally care less. Have tried multiple times and often get over cooked meat, under cooked rice and brown Avocado and/or guacamole! I quit even going

I feel bad giving a 4 star review, the food is great. But the kids menu is just sad. We got a kids quesadilla for $4.55. It was so small and only came with chips. Our toddler was still hungry. Should have been $2.

I got there a little late. Around 10:30. I have not eat here in a really long time. I wanted a Quesadilla and the girl informed me I had to order it online. So I did, no biggie. Got my food fairly quick. I was so hungry, it was late and I had not had anything since breakfast. Couldn’t wait to get home and eat it. Well it turned out bad!!! It is not edible and I want my 20$ back that I paid and still can’t eat. It was cold and the quesadillas had to have been made hours ago!!!! The steak is rock hard and dried up along either the bread. It is a shame who ever was the cook that he served this food! I’m so sorry but it is not edible!!!!!! I’m eating the dried up rice and beans cause I’m starving! But the quesadillas is not edible. Who ever served that food to someone should be looked into. They apparently have no business serving people food! I really would not want that person representing my place of business. I will call tomorrow and get with the manager when you are open. I have pictures and it is unreal at what I was served. I truly hate to complain but this is pretty bad.Parking: It was easy to access the business
