it's easy to tell when you arrive at a fast food business where the staff are attentive and enjoy their work environment or see that they are bored to tears and can't wait until their shift is over. This is also evident in the quality of their prepared food, which in this visit was sub-par vs the many visits I have made to KFC in my life.
Your food will generally be correct and tasty as long as you are patient and courteous to the workers. Just be prepared to wait as they typically make it fresh. I could wait happily for the chicken to be done.
