Bad experience, cold pizza, with some bread sticks missing in the order, and the place is a mess with 87% score, and you can see dirt or kind of grease all over the place, I remember when that place was clean and sharp! and the max wait time 5min, I have to wait for almost 30 min for a pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks.

Slow, no attention to customers needs..if you order from the mobile portal pickup, expect to wait and extra 30 minutes on top of the normal pickup time..
Watched two young employees PLAY while we waited almost an hour for our pizza. I’m saying, wrestling, fake basketball playing, SPANKING each other. All of this for us to get an uncooked uncut pizza that was made wrong, almost an hour after we ordered.

Don't go there because I went Friday 12.22/23 and to see to it their rating was B bit I already ordered so there was nothing could do. Was told it would be 15 to 20 mins because they were so busy. I was like ok that is reasonable. Well an hour later after several times asking where my one pizza was at they kept saying it is being made but the when the manager came out and come to find out what I ordered, my one pizza mind you the sign said that they would have them hot and ready from 4 til 8 daily. Come to find out that my one pizza has not even been made yet. It was funny after the manager made it herself it was done in 5 minutes. There was people that ordered after us that got their pizza and one lady that ordered right before me her pizza was not even made. So in short do not go to this location because you will have the chance of not receiving you food.

Don't come to this location unless you are prepared to not get your whole ticket. 5 times in a row I have not gotten either a drink or the crazy sauce. I don't know if they are understaffed or just don't care but I will not go to thois location anymore. Literally something missing Everytime.

i came to order 4 pizzas for a christmas get together with my family. when i got there, there was 11 people already waiting in the lobby.when i ordered the 4 pizzas they only gave me three. so i ordered another one. i waited 40 minutes for my three pizzas. when i got my three pizzas we realized that another women had only ordered one stuffed crust pizza and had waited an hour before someone came up to the front and told her they never even started on the pizza. this is absolutely ridiculous. as im writing this it has been 30 minutes since i ordered the last pizza. not to mention the floor is so dirty that it has made my white shoes i just got completely black.
