Sometimes it’s a hit or miss. The last two days have been a miss. Yesterday I received my drink order and there was a hair embedded into my whipped cream, (a couple little ones actually). The day before yesterday the girl with the red hair was snippy waiting/taking my order and her hair was on my drink order.

I was in yesterday and the lobby (around 3pm on Friday) was filthy. It was not at all busy in the inside. The restrooms are always nasty. However, this time trash cans were overflowing both inside lobby and behind counter. Spilled coffee, syrups, milk and ingredients on coffee bars. And you had associates in back that could have been cleaning.

Nice modern designed Starbucks location in the growing area off Union Cross Rd. The drive thru line moved fast. The young gentleman at the window was friendly and didn't seem to mind working on Christmas Eve. My vanilla latte was prepared well. Good flavor and served at the perfect temperature.

I had a wonderful barista named Maxwell help me today. I messed up my drink order, she made a new drink for me with a warm and friendly smile ? Asked me how my day was going and gave me excellent customer service. She is having an interview for a promotion today and I believe she deserves it with a nice big raise ?
