Let me just say WOAH!!!!I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a severe case, so as you can tell I was so disappointed because I love sweets!!! I started doing research and understanding more about it and I started eating sugar free stuff and giving up soda! It’s been a journey I tell yah that! Best frozen yogurt and such a great employee that helped us today! They keep the yogurt cold enough (unlike other places) that it keeps its frozen structure and doesn’t melt too quickly- makes such a difference! Blueberry muffin flavor is delicious.

Great frozen yogurt with fat free flavors. Good set prices for small, medium and large. Reminds us of Golden Spoon in California. The only thing wrong is it's so far from us. Would love one in Thomasville or High Point.
