Overall the service and staff are great! The quality of food however is going down. This is my 3rd visit in which we have ordered food and the chicken tenders are small dry and skinny and I can literally count the number of French fries I received. This give me kids meal vibes. My 13 year old says it’s not enough for her.3 tenders are equivalent to 1 tender we use to receive. I gave them 3 chances to get it right. I will no longer be returning.
Jo was amazing and deserves this 5 star rating. The food is okay, sauces are AMAZING, but what really made my day was Jo’s wonderful personality and attention to the customer’s wishes. Cheers to you, Jo!

my first time at Zaxby's! Here in NC for work and we don't have any in Wisconsin, but I wish we did!! So I went ahead and got they original Zaxby's chicken sandwich with crinkle Fry's and it's actually "indescribably good"! Great atmosphere, lots of seats.
