Every time I come here they forget a side. I usually come with my 2 kids and myself. I get meals for all 3 of us. Every single time I’ve been here they forget one of our sides (fries, fruit, or parfait). Other than that the food is great, service is great. Just make sure to check your bag before driving off.

Quick, efficient, friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious. One of the better locations in the entire Piedmont Triad.
Our food was cooked very well and very tasty. The ordering of the food online was easy and very quick. Picking up the food was very simple and even though I drove into the wrong part of the drive through the lady was able to pick up my order and send it to the kitchen. I really do appreciate the customer service that I get from Chick-fil-A. And it's not just at one store. I have traveled to many chick-fil-A's in this area and the customer service is very consistent.Dietary restrictions: I love how the gluten-free bun is wrapped up and sealed and that all I have to do is take it out and reconstruct the sandwich.
The workers are so nice. I spilled my drink and felt so foolish. They cleaned it up and refilled my drink with a smile.

Why is every single cashier or worker at this location always so rude? They act like they don’t want to be there. It’s questionable some of the workers they’ve hired, this location isn’t busy that much anymore, definitely see why! Chick fil a has just become so expensive, when in reality you can go to a sit down restaurant here in King that’s locally owned and come out paying less for more/better quality food.

The coffee this morning was terrible. Most of the time I enjoy my meals here, but today was not one of those time. The coffee tastes as if it sat over night. My food was ok- the chicken bowl had very little meat in it, almost like they just threw in what was left in the bottom of the container. It was edible, but not what I've been accustomed to from this chain. No straw in the bag either, but I did get plenty of napkins. :)
