My husband and I visited PB Clark's for breakfast twice when we were in the area visiting our grandparents. Like other reviews say, PB Clark's is an old fashioned diner and like walking back in time. The servers greeted our grandparents by name, and we saw them do the same with others. This is a no-frills, locals spot and draws a country, mountain, crowd. Everyone knows everyone, and I'm glad we were with our grandparents who are locals. Otherwise, we stuck out as being "from off". I tried the two egg breakfast with cheesy grits and a biscuit. The eggs were cooked correctly, and the biscuits are large and fluffy. The grits were too runny for me and I would not order them again. For a breakfast side, order the hash browns. Everything is reasonably priced and was great fuel for hiking at Hanging Rock State Park.

The service was practically non-existent and the food wasn't that good. The onion rings were soggy and dripping with oil. The barbecue sandwich was mostly chunks of fat. Idk how this place is even still in business.

Service was poor to my friends and myself just because my friends were of another race than me. The food was awful because it was under cooked and the portion size of the sides were very small compared to others in the restaurant. And everyone in the restaurant was staring at all of us making us feel very uncomfortable. We will never be eating from here ever again.

The food was also awful because the food was under cooked and the portion size of the sides were very small compared to others in the restaurant.
