After picking up our no-bread bowl for a picnic. We drive 20 minutes away only to find out they forgot to give us napkins and a fork. Stop ruining picnics. Do better.

The past 3 times I’ve been to subway I’ve placed an online order. Every time my subs are messed up, like veggies added I didn’t want. We get the same dude at the window and he’s got piercings and died hair. There was an older man in his 30s maybe dark hair, dark facial hair. Very very rude didn’t say anything when we said thank you. The service at subway has gone DOWNHILL. never going there again

The owners of this Subway are so cheap. I have known several of her employees, they have stated she makes them count the number of toppings to not put to many. Subway shouldn't send out coupons if every owner doesn't have to accept them. Come on Bee share the wealth, give back to the people that provide your living.

The service was terrible and the kids in there was clearly dating each other and messing around with each other behind the counter while making my family's sandwiches. Even the manager said something to them to the little blonde headed girl and boy with long curly hair about it. Got home and my sandwich was gross hardly any meat on it the vegetables was huge not thinly sliced at all. The bread was stale and they just could not make any of my food or the services right. Kids do not need to be making out and giving each other dirty marks while on the job. Just isn't right.

The food was horrible…messy with globs of product not spread out as it should be.. the tomatoes were totally green!!! It tasted horrible I’m usually a fan but this is the 3rd time of getting sub standard food…it will be my last.

The location doesn’t accept coupons, but they don’t tell you that until you’ve already ordered and ready to be checked out. Not a good way to run a business, especially when you’re sending out coupons and denying them.Also you’d think with all the extra money they’re getting from not accepting coupons, they’d be able to clean their nasty drink machine and repair their booths so I don’t feel like I’m sitting in a rocking chair.If I could rate 0 stars, I would.Go to Jersey mikes, sheetz, or just make a sandwich at home.

Confused on why a subway isn’t accepting coupons mailed to my home from their business. Maybe corporate needs to be involved. Also a forewarning to others their was black gunk coming out of the sprite machine. I wonder when there last health inspection was. Will be making the trip to Jersey Mikes from now on.

This Subway is one of the independently owned stores in this area. They DO NOT honor or take any coupons or offers that you will see advertised in the media. The staff has seemed to be bored or thinking about going home instead of giving good customer service. The food is still of normal Subway quality but I don't feel good about going here. I will try other stores in this area or maybe go to Jersey Mikes.

Terrible service. Every time I would ask for an item, they would literally put 2 pieces of onion, or olives, or spinach, it was annoying to have to keep asking for more. The bread was burnt and dry

Just came in here about 20 minutes ago and the customer service was really great. Very clean and very positive atmosphere. The three girls that were working had a very positive attitude and were very fast with my order. Would love to come back soon.

This is the second time I’ve been in a couple of months. Only for my sister visiting from Greensboro. She likes her tuna subs. We had ham and cheese and both times there was maybe 6 slices of ham. Horrible value. We will NOT be back. I will also contact corporate. Have been to subway over the years when we lived in Greensboro and it was better.

on today about 6 pm october 1 me and my grandchildren went and orere kinds ,eal and a ha;f sub... The service was very slow, that okay, then the cashier was caught talking about me and my granchildren with another worker..about how they should have known they can only a juice blahblah... so i gave them a 2 dollar tip, next time none.
