Just went there ordered quarter ponders mine was raw my husband took it back in lady told the girl cooking to make another one and to make sure it was done cook told her tell him kiss her a.. She made another and it was even rawer . hay people they is ecoli and food poisoning you can get off this stuff learn how to cook and stop being lazy if you dont want the job work somewhere else and quit being rude

It’s a problem every time I go here, the service is trash, the employees are garbage they give an attitude all the time because they hate their job all I got to say is do better. The restaurant itself is all nasty. And don’t even think about going through the drive through that’s open till “11pm” cause any time after 9:30pm they will make you sit there for almost 30 minutes after you paid for your food or sometimes not even take your order and say they are closed. And it sucks because the managers are the biggest problem here. But I guess even idiots are allowed to have jobs.

Their food was so trash that I literally ordered two seconds ago and it came out in five seconds so they gave me someone’s food. They didn’t hold back and it taste horrible and the service was so bad because I asked why is it cold and they said, don’t worry about it, and it Was so stinky that I literally had to hold my breath for like two minutes not even joking this is a picture I took. It’s so disgusting.

On 1/31/2024 at 330 on, I wanted to treat my daughter with a 10 piece meal so we stopped at the McDonald’s located in kings mountain off Shelby Road the drive thru lady was nice and the fries was hot so I assumed the rest of the food was fresh. The 10 piece only had 8 nuggets in the box and the fishe fillet was old.

My fiancé and I pulled into the drive through at 10:00pm the restaurants hours says closing time is at 11. We sat for ten minutes until the lady said, “sorry we’re closed.” We then drove around to see 4 employees just standing in a circle talking.

So I ordered breakfast just before 1029 and my order went through and I paid for it. I got 3 sausage mcgridles with egg and cheese and 2 med teas and 1 lg.I get to the window and she tells me the order didn't go though and that I would get a refund so I pulled over to check and it's still telling me it went though and the money came off my card so I went into speak to a manager and she told me there was nothing she could do so I said I could call someone over her then after being there for 20 mins waiting she brought me my order which my food was cold soggy burnt and sloppy.
