Incredible Customer Service. With three other places to get pizza in KM, this place has the most personable staff. Kind, patient, courteous, respectful. They had gotten my order wrong and went way out of their way to make it right. The error was so small that I may have never noticed. As long as food is good, I will always support a biz with this kind of quality performance and heart.

Horrible customer service. Delivery order was incorrect. Called the store the agreed to correct issue and redeliver in about an hour. 2 hours later I finally got through to store again to just request refund. Manager called me a liar when I told her what I was told. I requested a refund from her. She said I cussed her so I was no longer allowed to order from there and hung up on me. Tried calling back to confirm a refund and got a call center that suggested I go to the store. Went to store manager insisted that I was still lying and told me to leave. Thanks manager Samantha for your wonderful customer service.
