Attitude attitude attitude .Got my order wrong , never apologized but rather looked at me like I was the problem . I showed them the receipt and they took it and fixed it with …..an attitude .Not once did anyone smile , use manners or just seem even slightly pleasantOverall they were either : cold and blank OR just had an attitude .Bojangles has some of the best biscuits (normally) but today they tasted like flour water . The consistency was hard and tough . It was if the people making it didn’t care how they turned out or if the food served had any quality at all .

This Bojangles is not good they're food is always cold or always a problem with it I'vegiven them 3 strikes 3 chances..while I was there 2 ppl complained about cold food. I received my food and the biscuit was hard and the egg was literally cold. I'm done with that location.

I do not recommend. I visited this Bojangles location and found two strands of hair in my food. Initially, my seasoned fries were left out of the box. When fries were given to me, hair strands were found near them. I do not recommend.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken meal with dirty rice,mash potatoes and gray and Cajun pinto beans the chicken was dark old and dry and the dirty rice was mushy. I called several times and they just let the phone ring and then when someone picked up noone says nothing. I'm very disappointed and would like my money back.
