I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread with feta cheese and spinach. I'm disappointed in the presentation as it was not stuffed at all. There was a few leaves of spinach but it was nothing like I expected.

Where do I start....the poor service? The horribly prepared food? The extremely long wait for it all? Or the several other customers in there having the same bad experience I had? Or should I bring up that over the last several months every time we've went it's been this bad? The pizzas were sloppy, no dough in the middle with bulging crusts, barely any toppings and thrown on like they were throwing dice , and sadly even got one of the pizzas wrong. We placed an order at 615 and didn't get our order til an hour later....the tracker said it was prepared at 620, so it sat on the counter for how long until it was put in the oven??? The employees are rude and there's never an obvious manager there to talk to.... corporate, if you're really reading this then this place needs leadership and training on a massive level....we won't be back until reviews start being positive again, cause at the moment it's just a waste of time and money....better off going to pizza hut,Papa johns , or sugar Hill here in Kinston....at least they all know how to make a pie even if it costs more....at this point even lil Caesars is better than dominos here

The pizza had three big lumps in it. And there was no sauce where the lumps were. I could tell that it was made by a beginner and not a novice dough maker. Three of my hot wings were small enough that to would have been considered one in actuality considering the size it was. I probably would have been better to get a boneless wings. But the taste was spot on.

they gave me the Stomach virus because there pizza was not fully cook cheese wasnt fully cook or the pizza doe If u want pizza go to pizza hut.

When we got home we realized they didn’t make one of the pizzas we ordered so we had to go back to the store. They said they forgot to make the pizza and then continued to make the wrong order even though we online ordered and they had the order right there. We waited 30 minutes for them to tell us they made the wrong thing and had to wait another 15 minutes just to get the right pizza.

I wouldn't eat at this restaurant. Why because I work their for a couple days. They never clean properly or never wash their hands after accepting people money. An I'm not even mad because they fired me. After watching them accept money and start back making pizza without washing their hands is NASTY.

Normally we love eating Dominos but this particular night my family and I pulled into their parking lot. We were going to use the app online. While sitting in the car we noticed a few cars coming and going. One lady came in hugged a few employees did something with one of the employees where they exchanged money. Then the older African American man came outside to speak with the lady next to us. They talked casually and after a few he went back inside. Then I saw another young lady making pizza. I was freaked out because she didn't have any gloves on. I thought she was break FDA rules, turns out if it's raw then she doesn't need gloves, however I still never saw her wash her hands. Then another heavy set lady was seen scratching her stomach with her work shirt pulled up. I immediately backed out of their parking lot and left. Nobody practiced good hygiene and I was floored.

I called Saturday 11-11-23 and the caller took my order and delivered to a business for employees working. I ordered 4 pizzas and gave a generous tip as it was 6 miles away from that store. I called the next day on Sunday 11-12-2023 and the “General Manager” Alina answered the phone. She was rude and raised her voice for no reason. She claimed that they were not supposed to have delivered so far outside away from the store yesterday. She was essentially yelling at me because they did so. She made sure she let me know that she is the “General Manager” twice of a single store in Kinston. I told her I wish I did not have to talk to her, as her employees were polite and professional! I think one of them should be the “General Manager!”So Congratulations General Manager Alina! I will never return or order from there again. Unfortunately for Alina, Dominos is a chain. I wonder what the “Regional Manager” of the area would say to the unprofessional, rude, General Managers conduct? I bet Corporate Dominos would be quite concerned!
