Called in on 2/10/2024. The cashier (red bandana and red shirt) was rude and disrespectful. Soon as I walked in to pick it up my order. She immediately asked if I was picking up. I told her yes and her response was okay I was about to say with an attitude. As other people were coming in she was rude and had an attitude the entire time. On top of the rude service my food was wrong and was not good at all. Normally this place is great. I highly recommend going during the week the weekend crew is terrible.

The staff is great from the hostess/ cashier to the sub makers. This is one dining spot where I'm always greeted with a smile! The seating/dining area is in need of an upgrade but that is no reflection on the staff.

This is the second time my family has been here and had to wait an extremely long time to get food. The first time it was over 2 hours (they had given the order to someone else) and this time was an hour. While waiting for the food we noticed they place to go orders in front of dine in orders. This is not the place to dine in during your lunch hour. May be ok if you call order in.The table was sticky and we didn’t even get our drinks while we waiting for our food.We didn’t receive chips with our subs we had to ask for them.While waiting we observed other customers have issues with their orders.I ordered the pizza sub and it was delicious and a cheese pizza. The cheese pizza had bit of a spicy side to it. I wouldn’t say it is kid friendly.It just seemed like the employees didn’t want to work and we’re all over the place.

Only giving 4 stars because of zero delivery options. Absolutely love the food just no way to get it if I'm stuck at home. Get door dash or offer delivery and I'll be happy to change it to 5 stars
Food is always good. Love there BLT sub and steak and cheese. Folks aren't friendly all the time. But sometimes I look past it knowing everyone has a off day. I still go there. Just try to stick to when they first open.
