The lady taking orders on Saturday night at 11:15pm should probably get a hearing aid from the 3 car in front to 3 car behind us on every order can you repeat that? Other vehicles were yelling out the orders one lady had to tell her a sweet tea about 4 times not only that we waited for about 25mins to get our order then asked for bbq sauce since when did McDonald’s charge for bbq sauce but please get her hearing checked

Stopped here for milkshakes and fries, and the shakes were perfect and the fries were piping hot. The young man that brought out the food was super kind and polite, great customer service:)

Placing my order through the drive through was painful. The employee was unprofessional, kept asking to repeat myself, got frustrated with me because according to her she couldn’t hear me. I pull around to grab my order, she still managed to get my order wrong, my coffee was not made like I asked even though she asked me 4X. I asked for my receipt to ensure I wasn’t charged incorrectly but I was told “We ain’t got no receipt paper”, followed by a blank stare and the drive through window closing. Unbelievable.

Foods fresh, friendly service, and cleanOnly downside is noise. But it's fast food so yeah it happens. We drive past the other one that's near our house to this one because their food taste better then the other one off heritage.

If you open at 5am and customers sit at the drive through screen till 5:05 without even being acknowledged there's a problem. At that point i left given this is the 4th time they were not ready for business at opening in the last month. Perhaps they should get there 15 minutes earlier to ensure they are ready for customers when they're supposed to open.

I just moved out this way about a month ago with regular visits during breakfast and 5 o'clock rush hours. Service has been great and wait times are short even when busy. Haven't had an incorrect order so far. All around 5 stars! Keep it up!

Very good experience at this particular McDonald's! ?We came here prior to Bible study for a quick dinner. The employees working this Wednesday were so very sweet and responsive to getting our order out fast. They smiled and were very polite and worked well together. We asked for condiments, and didn't get attitude instead, but got what we asked for with a nice smile. One employee went out of her way to introduce herself and told us to let us know if we needed anything.

We stopped by here to get breakfast for the road. The parking lot was filled and so was the counter. It took one person over 20 minutes to make one order and the line was wrapped around but they didn't want to open another cashier line.We ordered a few chicken biscuits and coffee to go. The price was listed on the board but they tried to ring up another price. They told us that the board isn't correct. We asked to speak to manager and was given a side of attitude. The manager said that the price would come out to what was listed but that's not what the cashier told us. I don't know why the manager thought it was necessary to give us a whole explanation but was rude about it. If an item is shown as $2.50 but ringing up as $3.50, that's a McDonald's problem and not me ordering incorrectly.The food came out within 15 mins and was hot. It tasted okay.They have ample parking and seating. The women bathroom had two stalls. They were decently clean.
