Hired Olivia's to cater a cattlemen's Christmas gathering last year. As Kevin L. said, many promises were made and not kept. Dollar store plastic table clothes were mismatched sizes - and I had to ask for the staff about putting them out. No centerpieces at all. Her staff sat around in the meeting area while waiting for time to begin prepping. Steaks were to be ready at 7:35-7:40 but began to be ready at about 7:50. Rolls were still in their plastic bags when folks lined up for salad and beverages. Dressings were not open and ready to use. No salt/pepper available. Foil cuttings were in the baked potatoes. Door between the kitchen and outdoor grilling area remained open the entire time (it was cold!). Steaks in the pan were cold. Guests reported the staff were plating their steaks while guests were in line for food. Staff were friendly but very unprofessional. Won't recommend.

We hired Olivia's to cater our daughters wedding. Susan was very helpful to begin with and made many promises. We came in to a tasting that was wonderful. There was roast beef with horseradish sauce, shrimp cocktail, and stuffed chicken breast and mushrooms. On the day of the wedding however, we were given salad with only one vinegar dressing, pasta with a choice of Alfredo or red sauce. We were expecting the stuffed chicken but got what I believe was a take shrimp and grits, (which was never even mentioned) the shrimp was scarce in the watery tomato sauce . The grits, and the pasta were both cold, the grits were plain white grits the consistency of play dough the carving station was a pan of beef and pork they were cutting up and piling together, the only condiment was a plastic bottle of brown mustard. I did ask about the chicken but was told it was left by mistake. There was a large pan of cold mashed potatoes with bowls of sour cream and cheese on the side. The appetizers were supposed to be pastry puff, stuffed mushrooms and shrimp cocktail, what we got was a plate of pre made cheese balls and logs we had to cut, chicken salad, crackers, a plate of shrimp and a bowl of cocktail sauce. Also silver ware was supposed to be gold, it was gold on some table and plastic, rose gold on others..I would not recommend for a wedding. The is too special. I will say the staff that attended was nice.

The baby shower was very beautiful and the atmosphere was very friendly and fun. But the food was disappointed i really didn't enjoy it. But the cake was delicious.

Hosted my husband's 60th birthday party there last year. It's an excellent place to have an event where all you have to do is tell her what you want and show up. I would have given 5 stars, but they took the food away without letting me know. Therefore, the guest of honor never got a chance to eat; he was socializing with his guests.

Olivia's catered my SUPRISE birthday party Saturday night..... let me start with food was to be placed on chafing servers, wings meatball... ect..... they were in tins from the dollar store!!!!!! My birthday cake had the WRONG NAME!!!!! Owner would not answer the phone, but would text.... not the way to handle a unhappy customer. Have not heard from her on how we will be compensate ..... will NEVER use or recommend Olivia's to anyone
